Sheltering

Sheltering is an investigation into the subtle variations within familiar and complex nest forms while considering the broader implications of sheltering itself. In its many configurations, sheltering serves as a metaphor for safety, renewal, and hope- just as the nest symbolizes a place of temporary refuge in this period of instability and isolation during the pandemic. Exhibited at Robischon Gallery, Denver, Colorado, in January 2021.
